Felicia Jackson - Founder + Managing Director
Jackson is a seasoned professional in special events, curated experiences, and cultural engagement. Her work — from securing city permits to managing diverse vendors and overseeing event logistics — elevates local businesses and strengthens community connections.
Before founding September Social Group, Jackson served as Programs & Activations Manager at Downtown Cleveland Inc., where she infused inclusive, community-centered events with fresh energy. She also held various roles at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland’s Entrepreneurship Center, supporting entrepreneurial clients through educational programming and pitch competitions.
A proud Cleveland native, Jackson earned her BBA in International Business from Cleveland State University. Outside of work, she’s a passionate advocate for the arts and children, an active volunteer, and a joyful traveler who loves exploring museums.
