Felicia Jackson - Principal Project Manager + Founder
Jackson is a seasoned professional in special events and vendor management. Her work—ranging from securing city permits to managing diverse vendors and supervising event logistics —boosts visibility for local businesses and strengthens community ties.
In 2023 Jackson joined Downtown Cleveland, Inc., bringing fresh energy to inclusive, community-focused events. Prior to DCI, she supported entrepreneurs in the Urban League of Greater Cleveland’s Entrepreneurship Center through educational group programming and pitch competitions.
A proud Cleveland native, Jackson holds a BBA in International Business from Cleveland State University. Beyond work, she is an advocate for the arts and children. She also volunteers and finds joy in traveling and visiting museums.
